Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that our return policy applies only when the courier is on the door. You may request an exchange within 2–3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
